Use Higher Wattage bulbs The brighter the rooms, the larger they look, so while your home is up for sale, use brighter bulbs. Silence the Squeaks in the Floor It's easy to take the squeak out of your floorboards, by locating the offending spots, and squirting some powdered graphite lubricant into the seams between them.
